MPC’s（Marine Parts China）Trim motor factory has passed ISO9001 international quality system certification in 2010, ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification in 2012, ISO14001 environmental management system certification in 2014, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification in 2018, and IATF16949 quality system certification in 2020.

We have over 100 employees, including over 35 front-line staff, 6 quality staff, and 6 product R&D technicians.

Manufacturing Process

MPC uses advanced automation and rigorous quality systems to produce superior trim motor products.

The creation process involves automated casting and precision machining to ensure quality. Assembly involves standard torque and sturdy adhesives for accurate part connection. The product is balanced on precision machines and subjected to comprehensive tests to meet performance indicators. Marine coatings and sealants provide resistance to harsh environments and ensure long-term reliability.
