Leveraging analytical tools such as pre-DFMEA and PFMEA, combined with our efficient R&D methodology, we accelerate the time-to-market for new products. This swift delivery not only enhances our competitive edge but also provides our clients with a significant market advantage.
Injection Mold Development: Our specialization extends to the development of precision injection molds. In order to ensure a seamless mold production process and uphold superior product quality, we collaborate with top-tier hot runner suppliers and use first-rate standard parts from industry-leading suppliers.
Processing Capability: Our capabilities are underscored by our array of industry-leading, high-precision equipment, including slow-feed wire-cut processing, electrical discharge machining, high-speed milling processing centers, optical curve grinding, and coordinate grinding. Our parts manufacturing process adopts a high-efficiency, high-precision standard workpiece clamping system, enabling seamless transition of processing references. This integrated approach ensures our production process remains at the pinnacle of the precision mold industry.
